What are your rates?

Do I need importation licenses and permits?
No, you do not need licenses or permits for you to import with us! We take care of the paperworks and documentations and is already included in our rates.

When do I pay your freight service fee?
We do not require any upfront payments to our clients. You will only be paying once your shipment has already landed here in Philippines and is ready to be received.

I am from outside Metro Manila, can I still use your service?
Yes, we have numerous ways to have it delivered on your doorstep or warehouse even if you are outside Metro Manila, in Visayas or Mindanao.
Are your rates inclusive of cargo insurance?
The rates provided are NOT inclusive of insurance, you must complete our In-House Insurance Policy and submit it to us for approval. Once approved, we are to give you a certification of insurance for your cargo. This serves as proof that your cargo is already insured.
My shipment is small and below 1 CBM, how much do I pay?
For China shipments, we do pro-rate, meaning you will be paying less than the normal rate of 1 CBM if your shipment is lower than 1 CBM.

Do we have to pay for taxes and duties imposed on our shipments?
Taxes, custom clearances, and duties are already included in our rates and service so you do not have to worry about it and experience a hassle-free importation with us.

Are your services door-to-door delivery?
Our rates are landed price in Manila, and is normally picked up by our clients.
Otherwise, we can also use 3PL or Third Party Logistics if you have a preferred courier:
- Metro Manila (LBC, Lalamove, Transportify)
- Luzon Provinces, Visayas, Mindanao (AP Cargo, South Sea Cargo, etc)
For delivery from our warehouse to your door or warehouse. We also offer per CBM rates depending on your location:
- Metro Manila : 1,800/cbm
- Luzon Provinces : 4,200/cbm
- Visyasas : 5,500/cbm
- Mindanao : 6,800/cbm
We also deliver nationwide door-to-door for free if it’s 20 or 40 footer container shipment.
What countries are you catering to?
We can cater to 84 different countries for FCL. However, for LCL, we currently have set up shipping lines with Six (6) different countries.

What is 'Shipping Marks' how do I get one?
Shipping Marks are marks you include on the surface of your shipments for LCL and Air Freight to identify and differentiate your shipment from the rest.

Are there any requirements to import and avail your service?
We do not require anything for you to import with us.
How can I track and identify the status of my shipment?

I have bought an item from Alibaba/Aliexpress, how do I use your service?
You simply need to tell and/or give our address to your supplier and they will take care of the rest.
Do not forget to ask for the EXW price of your item to save costs.
I do not have a supplier, how can I import?
For China suppliers, you may visit Alibaba.com to search for desired items and suppliers.

What is CBM, CBF, LCL, FCL, EXW, DDP?
These are incoterms that are used for importation or freight in general.
- CBM = Cubic Meter (Length x Width x Height in Meter)
- CBF = Cubic Feet (Length x Width x Height in Feet)
- LCL = Loose Container Load (Small cargo, often grouped with other cargo)
- FCL = Full Container Load (20 Footer or 40 Footer Container Vans)
- EXW = Ex Works (Price or status of item when it is in the supplier’s location)
What are the items I cannot import?
All items are allowed to be shipped except for the following:
- Flammable Items
- Hazardous Chemicals
- Firearms
- Perishable Goods
- Live Animals
